Disconnecting of earthing strips of any type/ earth wire leads of any size, any description and in any position from test point carefully and testing the earth resistance of any type of earthing with the help of earth tester of suitable capacity, making/ numbering of earthing and recording Ohm value in the resister and at site on Platel near test point/ Earth Pit with paint as per performa approved by Engineer-in-Charge & reconnecting of earthing strip/ wire lead after test on original position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The contractor will arrrange earth tester, all T&P & accessories for recording the reading. (b) The records of resistance value of each earthing alongwith date of testing shall be maintained as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Testing of the earthing shall be carried out periodically as per site requirement and unit rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for all provisions for one time testing of the earthing.

M&L Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed on walls with saddle or buried in ground from test link to the earth pit. Note : Quoted rate includes bending, making hole into strip/wall, nuts, bolts, washers, saddles/insulators etc

M&L in repairs to Copper strip 25 x 3.15mm fixed on walls, roof conductors and down conductors with saddle or buried in ground from test link to the earth pit. Note : Quoted rate includes bending, making hole into strip/wall, nuts, bolts, washers, saddles/insulators etc

Supply, mix and pouring the magnesium sulphate either through the existing watering pipe of by making holes surrounding the earth pit @ the rate of 05 Kg per pit for charging the earth pit for improving the ER values including measuring and recoding the value to achieve the result less than 01 Ohm.

Supply and fixing the following parts in replacement of water heater (Electric Geyser) storage type of given make and size complete:-

(a) Thermostat suitable for 25/50 litre capacity.

(b) Heating element 1500 watt 240 volts push/thread type circular/ triangular base for any make.

(c) Heating element 2000 watt push/thread type circular /triangular base suitable for any make.

Supply and fix distribution board double door type suitable for upto 160Amps MCCB (for incoming MCCB & outgoing MCBs) VTPN 24 way vertical type sheet steel powder painted with bus bar ,neutral link, blanking plates & earth bar etc. with IP 43 degree of protection flushing in wall including connecting up all incoming and outgoing cables/circuit wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Cat Part No DHDLVDOBGSFE12 of Havells and equivalent in L&T/ Schneider/ Legrand.

Supply and fix MCB distribution board single door type SPN 12 way sheet steel powder painted with bus bar ,neutral link & earth bar etc.with IP 43 degree of protection flushing in wall including connecting up all incoming and outgoing circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
