Manufacture and supply of complete thrust bearing Assembly for HRC(E&W) Mixer and Raker central drive system as per drawing enclosed 10-VM-008 . Complete Thrust bearing Assembly shall consisting of upper and lower bearing housing covers fitted with strip liners , steel balls fitted with hardware and felt sealing arrangement NOTE: 1) Strip liners used should have uniform hardness of minimum 43 RC or above 2) Party to supply complete thrust bearing assembly with high tensile fasteners and bearing balls in assembled condition. 3) Party shall submit following documents along with supply : (a) MTC / HARDNESS / GRADE/ SIZE OF Bearing Balls used in Assembly from NABL certified laboratory only (b) MTC / Uniform hardness certificate of strip liner used in thrust assembly from NABL certified laboratory only (C) MTC OF upper and lower half Bearing Housing. 4) Stage & Final inspection of Assembly shall be carried out at party’s works before dispatch. 6) Party to suggest details of lubricant used in bearing ball assembly and frequency of lubrication. 7) Party to depute a supervisor at the time of installation of Thrust bearing assembly at free of cost. 8) Party should agree to provide after sales services support to RCF .
