SITC of frangible wind sock and other associated works at S V Airport, Raipur

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of frangible & illuminated wind direction indicator confirming to ICAO Annex 14, Volume-I and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, Single phase AC Supply and consist of following completion as required. (a) 4.5 Mtr. height FRP frangible mast. The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aeodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The color of pole/mast shall be preferably aviation red/white. (b) Wind sock assembly complete with slip rings, drum, bracket for drum, bearing, carbon brush with holder etc. (c) Four Nos. 30 W nominal capacity LED Fitting alongwith fitting mounting arrangement suitable for outdoor conditions. (d) One No. LED Aviation obstruction light having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome. (e) Internal wiring, provision for remote control operation. (f) Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation for installation of WDI as per OEM recommendations.

Shifting of Wind soak assembly by dismantling from exisitng location and Re-installation, testing & commissioning at new location including providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation using foundation template and anchor nut bolt (J-type) for fixing of base support on existing cement concrete foundation as per OEM recommendations etc complete as required.

Supply of 4C X 25 Sq.mm sizes of XLPE insulated and PVC sheatheel XLPE aluminnum conductor armoured cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) with up to date amendments as required.

Supply of HDPE Pipe of size 160 mm OD, PE-63, PN-6 as per IS:4984 of wall thikness not less than 11.2 mm complete as required.

Laying of 160 mm outer dia HDPE Pipe with HDD trenchless method direct in ground in all type soil including 4 mm PP rope coupling of pipe, etc. complete( 3 mtr below in normal roads/soil and 6 mtr below runways and taxiways) in all respect as per specification. (Cost of HDPE Pipe is not included in the item)

Supply of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm) size HDPE pipe (PN8, PE 80 grade) ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to ISI marked as per IS 4984:2016 with up to date amendment and technical specification with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. complete as required.

Laying of of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm) size HDPE pipe (PN8, PE 80 grade) DWC / HDPE ISI marked along with all accessory like socket, bend, coupler etc. complete with fitting and cutting joints etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 Sq.mm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C x 16 Sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Earthing with G.I. Earth Pipe 4.5 mtr. long 40 mm dia ‘B’ class i/c accessories (with charcoal /coke and salt) and providing C. I. box round type metal container of outside dia 330 mm, 450 mm height made from 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except in the top surface which is 15 mm thick and having clear opening of 220 mm at top and bottom surface, having 6 nos. M-10 tapped hole at the hole Centre 260 mm to receive C.I./ M.S. base plate with SS bolts as required. One hole at 150 mm from top shall be provided for fixing of 15 mm G.I. pipe. This box will act as the enclosure for earth electrode. This box will be mounted on base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100 mm thick and all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm width upto the C.I. box top. The top of the box shall not protrude more than 25 mm from the existing ground level and the top elevation of the box shall be evenly sloped all round using 1:2:4 cement concrete, complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set, Panel, Wind Sock etc including form work etc as required.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing of rectangular type chamber having size 2 meter x 1.5 meter x 1.5 meter including brick works with position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 2 meter x 1.5 meter x 20 cm in bottom for foundation and rectangular type RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cover on top having thickness of 15 cm and minor civil work such as plastering and finishing etc. as required.
