To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-2022 to 2025-2026), Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, Operation & Maintenance of One Under Ground Drainage or Water Supply scheme of value not less than Rs.4.14 Crores
Maintained Water supply / UGD Pipeline of RCC/UPVC/DWC/ DI/MS/HDPE/Stone Ware or in combination of minimum 77 Km in any one year during last five years, The tenderer should have satisfactorily Maintained 1 No. of STP/WTP of 4.0 MLD capacity in any one year during last five years. The tenderer should have satisfactorily Maintained 1 No. of minimum 4 mtr dia Wetwell/ Jackwell in any one year during last five years. The tenderer should have satisfactorily Maintained Pumping machinery of Minimum Capacity 30 HP in any one year during last five years
Availability by owning at-least 50% of the following key and critical equipment for this work:Excavator-2 Nos. Tractor/Tipper-2 Nos. Diesel Dewatering pumpsets-2 Nos
Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.42.00Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement)

Providing and supplying 1 No. of 4000-litre Jetting-cum-Sucking Machine, 1 No. of Desilting Machine mounted on a vehicle and 1 No. of Mechanical sewer Rodding Machine with all accessories, testing and commissioning, etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Specifications for all the items)
Establishment cost, Quality control, Communication, transportation & office maintenance, providing vehicle during O&M period essential for successful routine maintenance of UGD system etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing, supplying and maintaining adequate stock of chemicals and consumables for uninterrupted operation of 7 Nos. Wetwells, 8 MLD SBR type STP and 0.50 MLD Phytorid type STP, including all materials required to meet treated effluent discharge norms, etc complete in all respects for successful O&M of UGD system as per tender conditions etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Shall be read in conjunction with Section 7 Specifications for all the items) for 1st year
