Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for brick work (Except Brick), straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Bricks obtained from item No 01 shall be reused after cleaning.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface with and including supply and mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 5% by weight of cement or as instructions of manufacturers finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC sheet (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section in any position in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel farmed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete, drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Gde Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality - 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old steel and iron surface of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description and not exceeding 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & 3 mm thick polycarbonate corrugated sheeting with corrugations same as in profiles sheet as in roof covering fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as spec-ified and directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick stainless steel non powder driven SS Turbo Air Ventilator 600 mm dia roof mounted including special trapezoidal prism 3 mm thick polycarbonate corrugated sheeting with corrugations same as in profile sheet ( plan area not exc 3.0 sqm) fixed with coach screw and washer in roof etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening to old concrete surface by chiselling picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed
