Drilling of borewell anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another place within Tamilnadu in alluvial soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand or sand, stone, shale, pebbles, boulders etc., by first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotatry mud and circulation method using Contractor’s rig, fuel, labour,drilling, betonite mud and water required for drilling at the site shown by the TWAD Officers including construction of mud pit (only Calyx drills are to be used).Drilling 140 / 150 mm dia Pilot Bore upto 60m depth ending below ground level

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and to the full depth as may be directed except hard rock not requiring blasting inclusive or shoring, shuttering and bailing of water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and compacted deposition the surplus earth in places shown by Departmental Officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and lift of 2 meters and lift of 2 meters and clearing leveling the site etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand eight aggregate) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.

Random Rubble Masonry in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) mix with simultaneous pointing with same mortar using good quality of rough stones complying with standard specification and including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement / five sand) mix using II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" including all cost and conveyance of all materials as per standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of Cuddapah slap 50 mm tk etc as per ss

Refilling the excavated earth including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per S.S..

Supplying and filling of sand in foundation and basement including watering and ramming to consolidation etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix, 12mm thick and including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and painting new iron work with two coats using approved paint of first quality and colour over priming coat as per the instructions of departmental officers in all floors complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and delivery and fixing of 1000 litre capacity HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supply and run of 4 of 6sqmm (84/0.3)PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.
