Consignee

1. First-Aid Manual with QR Code Support 1.1. The supplier shall provide a First-Aid Instruction Manual in both English and Hindi languages along with each First Aid Kit. 1.2. The manual shall contain separate QR codes for each individual component/item of the kit, linking to a dedicated video demonstrating the method of use, application and precautions for that particular item. 1.3. QR codes shall be functional, easily accessible and designed for easy understanding by end users. 1.4. The manual shall include the actual image/layout of the supplied first-aid kit bag, clearly indicating the placement, arrangement and pocket number of each item. 1.5. All components shall be properly marked and labeled in the image/manual for quick identification and retrieval during emergency situations.

Submission of Physical Sample i Bidders shall submit one physical sample of the proposed First Aid Kit (including bag and contents) at the time of bid opening/technical evaluation. ii.Technical evaluation shall be carried out based on documentary compliance as well as physical inspection of the submitted sample. iii. Non-submission of sample may lead to rejection of the offer.

7. Shelf Life Requirement i. All consumable medical items supplied in the First Aid Kit shall have minimum 75% residual shelf life or at least 18 months validity (whichever is higher) from the date of supply. 8. Compliance with Applicable Standards i. All medical consumables and accessories supplied shall conform to relevant BIS/ISI/CE/FDA (where applicable) standards and supplier shall submit supporting documents/certificates along with the offer. 9. Item List and Packing Compliance i. The supplier shall provide a detailed packing list/checklist mentioning quantity and specifications of each item supplied in the kit. ii. No substitution of items shall be allowed without purchaser approval. 10. Replacement / Warranty Clause i. Any damaged, missing, defective or expired item found during inspection or within 12 months from date of supply shall be replaced by the supplier free of cost. 11. Demonstration During Inspection i. The supplier shall demonstrate the arrangement, accessibility and usability of the supplied First Aid Kit during inspection, if required by the purchaser. 12. Labelling Requirements i. The bag shall display: i.i Name of Item: Advance First Aid Box i.ii Supplier Name i.iii Date of Supply i.iv Batch/Kit Number i.v Emergency Use marking

First-Aid Kit Bag Specifications i. The first-aid kit shall be supplied in a durable, portable bag with double compartments for organized storage. ii. The bag shall have Velcro adjustable straps for securing contents firmly. iii. Mesh pockets shall be provided for better visibility and accessibility. iv. The internal arrangement shall ensure that items remain properly organized and do not shift during handling and transportation.

4. Training Provision i. The successful supplier shall provide one-day offline training after supply to 20 nominated personnel regarding usage, handling and emergency application of the First Aid Kit and its contents. ii. Training material/manual shall also be supplied. 5. Previous Experience Criteria i. The bidder shall have prior experience in supply of First Aid Kits to Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Organizations and documentary proof of successful supply/completion shall be submitted along with the bid.
