Earth work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains in ordinary rock / all kind of soil (not exceeding 1.50 metre in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto all leads and lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed by Engineer-in-charge all leads and lifts including clearing of jungle.Pick Jumper work and than disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, Labour Cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per HPPWD specifications in Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets,kerbs and steps etc as per the direction by the Engineer in charge upto any floor level including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( forty milimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work and finishing in Retaining wall/ Breast wall in any thickness including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc upto all floor level as per the direction of Engineer- In-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentials .The rates are inclusive octroi,royalty,malkana toll tax, sale tax,GST,labour cess and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(One cement: six coarse sand) in all heights and depth as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimeter) Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix cement mortor 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) in any floor level/any height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections in trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Fixing Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately).as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying Mandana red sand stone slab in uniform shade in flooring 40mm average thick on 20mm average thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : fivesand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and granite polish finish complete upto all floor level . including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Extra for pre finished nosing in treads of steps of marble stone/ sand stone slab upto all floor level including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Extra for Kota stone/ sand stone in treads of steps and risers using single length up to 1.05 metre of slab upto all floor level including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of(Neolac/Assian/Berger) (Bison Acrylic) (Tractor Acrylic ) Shalimar required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 3.84 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade of Nerolac/ Asian/Berger ICI (Dulux Gloss) (Luxol high Gloss) (Premium Apcolite Gloss) Shalimar make two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seven five liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture in all height all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
