Providing and laying in position Cement Conc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone agg 20 mm nominal size) of specified grade . incl. all cariage complete job.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5m in super strucutre foundation and plinth in cement mortor inncluding curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and extra cost for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto florr V level ( by manual means ) incl. all carriage and costs all complete job.

12 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete coping 50mm thick in 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl. all carriage and cost complete job.

Providing and fixing of ornamental MS gatge of required design incl. all oxide and paints complete job.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
