Providing Installation Testing Commissioning of 3 Phase Submersible Pumpset 15 H.P 17.5 H. P, Electric star delta Control Panel and accessories at Tubewell Korotana Khurd 1A

Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of 15.0 HP to 17.5 H.P (as per site conditions) submersible pump set having capacity of [10000 GPH to 12000 GPH (as per site conditions) x 50 mts] head coupled with 3 phase 380 volts + 10%, 50 HZ + 3% A.C supply, copper wound squirrel cage induction submersible motor along with 100 mm dia Heavy duty MS flanged column pipes (as per requirement at site), and other allied materials / equipments required during lowering of submersible pump set. The job also includes P/F of Electric star delta control panel consisting of 03 Nos. contactor (40 Amps. each), thermal overload relay of suitable capacity, 01 No. timer for changing over the supply of motor from star to delta, 01 No. MCB of suitable Ampere for the protection of internal control wiring and 80-100 Amp (as per site conditions) 50 KA MCCB = 01 no. for motor back up & protection. The panel should be fitted with protection devices like relay & fault analyzer for protection from single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalanced voltage, reverse phasing, over current/ over load, unbalanced current/ load and short circuiting. The panel shall also comprise of Voltmeter and Ampere meter with selector switch & current transformers of suitable capacity. The complete system should be enclosed in weatherproof painted M.S sheet box of suitable dimensions as per the requirement at site for proper fitment, either mounted on wall or having four supporting arms for grouting & strengthening (as per site conditions). The job also includes P/L of 35 mm2, 3 1/2 core Al armoured cable (as per site condition) for making connection of electric transformer to voltage stabilizer, 16 mm2 multistrand single core copper cable for making connection of voltage stabilizer to control panel & 10 mm2 3 core submersible copper cable (as per site condition) for making connection of submersible motor to the control panel & other electric accessories required for commissioning of submersible pump set, P/F of 100 mm dia Heavy duty MS delivery pipe along with NRV & bends as per requirement at site. The job includes earthing of electric equipments installed at site. Complete job involving cost of material, labour charges, carriage of tools & tackles (complete in all respect). All the accessories used should be of reputed/ standard make.
