Work Portion Charges for removing the suction pipe, discharge pipes and decoupling from the motor by removing the V-belt and dismantle the pump internals then remove the bearing housing from bed, open and inspection of bearings, Bearing bed, shaft, outer casing, inner casing, Impeller, expeller, wear plates, gland housing, sleeve and liquid thrower. Including cost of Consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for rectification the Shaft Assembly, Inner Casing, Impeller with nut, Outer casing, Bracket side wear plate, Fastener set, Lantern ring, suction side cover, bracket side cover, Suction side wear plate, Expeller with key, Shaft sleeve, Sealing Kit, Gland Packing, Gland housing, Suction Flange with Gasket, Bearing bed with top cover, T Bolt with doom nut, Spring Plate, Pump pulleys with taper lock bush, seating area of outer casing and renew the above items and re-assemble back. Fix the suction and discharge pipe and V-belts and commissioning the pump. Including cost of Consumables and T&P’s.
