Providing Galvalume Sheets Roofing for GCB Building at GCB, MPA

Fabricating & erecting in position structural steel work in roofing single section (light sections up to 34 kg./m) such as ISMC 100, ISMC 75, and 8 mm thk. M.S. plate etc. including gesign, Cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and cleaning the surface, painting two coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/ shade over a coat of red oxide zinc chromite primer etc. All tools , plant, labour & materials, etc. complete.

Fixing of M.S. split Anchor bolts, 12 mm dia and 80 mm long including drilling the hole in the existing concrete up to minimum depth of 50mm & embedding into existing roof slab etc. All tools, plant, labour and material etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 20mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders, as coarse aggregate in pedestal for embedding I. pipes/ ISMC 100 etc. including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing etc. All tools, plant, labour and material etc. complete.

Providing & fixing shuttering for cement concrete pedestals etc. of any size and shape including cleaning, oiling, closing, gaps, removing shuttering after concreting, provisions of necessary props, bracings and other supports etc. All tools, plant, labour and material etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing galvalume sheets 0.45mm thick of make Tata/Jindal or any other equivalent approved brand in roofing/cladding including drilling holes necessary self drilling screws, G.I. and bitumen washers, etc. All tools, plant, labour and material etc. complete.

Supplying, providing & fixing galvalume ridge 0.45mm thick of make Tata/Jindal or any other equivalent brand in roofing including drilling holes necessary self drilling screws, G.I. and bitumen washers etc. All tools, plant, labour and material, tools & plant, etc. complete.

Pruning/Trimming of tree branches of aprox . 30cm girth and above up to any girth which prone danger to life, using chain saw machine, manual cutting including hiring of crane for holding lowering and stacking /cutting etc complete. The labourers should provide safety gadget during the work. Work to be done as directed without causing any damage to port or port user property including transporting away the leaves and other unserviceable materials , debris, cleaning the area and stacking of unserviceable material, cut firewood at places pointed out within MPA estate as directed . All tools, plants, labour, materials etc complete.
