Rendering 20mm thick in (1:4) cm (in two coats (15+5mm) with both coats mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC will be measured separately).

M&L for for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projections and applying two coats of 100% Anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint in approved shade over a coat of primer and including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good the distrubed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as directed by EIC.

Dismantling/Demolition of existing roof terracing of cement/brick concrete(un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position on top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with brush/mechanical brush and with water throughly to romove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose bare concrete roof slab and romoval of rubbish/demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified Note : Demolition should be done by chiselling.

M&L for providing 4 mm thick APP modified memberane over (Accessible) RCC roof with the following specifications :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 lit/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density of 0.87 -0.89 Kg/Lit at 25 Degree Centigrade on the prepared dry roof surface. (c) Providing and Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non wooven polyster matt with physical propertities as under :- (i) Membrane weight >3.6 Kg/Sqm . (ii) Net wooven polyster weight >160 gm/Sqm (iii) Softening point of membrane > 150 degree C (iv) Joint Tensile strength Longitudiual > 650 Sq Cm at 230o C & Transverse > 450/ Sq cm (v) Tear strength - Longitudual > 300 N & Transverse > 250 N Direction (vi) Elongation > 30 % (vii) Impermeability under water pressure > 3 Kg/Sq cm Note :- APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane. (d) Over the membrance provide 20-25 mm thick machine pressed cement concrete tiles 300mm x300mm over & incl cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 set and jointed, pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement complete all as specified and directed.
