Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of HSD (High Yield Strength) bars for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of binding wire, steel rods, conveyance charges and labour charges etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in - charge of work.
Providing and placing in position of Reinforced cement concrete of grade M 20 using hard well graded aggregates with the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm weigh batching the ingredients and mixing in approved mixers/batching plant (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 20N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering the placement site by bailing/pumping and by diverting wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick and in bays vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, watering curing complete so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing & specifications complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.
Preparation of Sub grade (as per technical specification) duly moisture and duly removing the surface irregularities including dewatering and laying plain cement concrete lining 75 mm thick of M 15 Grade design Mix using hard coarse aggregate with nominal maximum size of 20mm IS specified grading to have well graded aggregates weigh batching the ingredients along with Air entraining agents (200ml per bag of cement) and mixing these in mixer machine (concrete mix to yield 28 days characteristic compressive strength of 15 N/mm2) placement of concrete over the sub grade on canal bed / haunches / berms manually including consolidation of concrete, providing transverse contraction joint grooves as per technical specification ( 2.10m spacing) and water curing of the lining. The sub grade shall be well prepared, dressed and rolled to true level and specified section to form a firm compacted base for the lining as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.
Supplying and spreading of gravel including stacking the same for pre measurements and watering consolidation, ramming etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Officers.
Rough stone dry packing for revetment and apron using old hard granite stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new wedges for filling the gaps etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications
Providing & fixing pre-cast cylindrical porous plug of 75 mm Dia and 300 mm in depth in porous concrete in CC 1:0:4, one in alternate panel of size 2.10m c/c in the sides in a staggered manner having size 40 x 40 x 40 cm filled with sand and outer and 25 x 25x 25cm filled with 12mm to 40mm coarse aggregate mixed with 1/3 sand on the inner including excavation, complying with technical specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.
Providing and filling with sealant material in Longitudinal and traverse contraction joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints as shown in the drawings and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specifications as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work. (as per drawing of the Contraction joint enclosed) (Canal Bed and sides Slopes)
Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailing / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications
Earth work deploying earth moving machineries for desilting channel and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works and as per the technical specifications.

Gravel backing for lining in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including stacking for pre measurement, watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the rough stone etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.
Supplying demarcation RCC pre cast post in cement concrete of M 15 with well graded aggregate and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20mm of size 0.20 x 0.20 x 1.45M and fixing the post 40cm depth below the ground level the post including using 4 numbers of 10mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M using 8mm MS 10 Numbers as strip with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M around the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary, such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC having the base plain cement concrete of 10cm of grade M 15 with concrete using hard blue granite broken stone of graded metal 1/3rd part of 40 mm and 2/3rd part of 20 mm size and the post embedded by using cement concrete of grade M 25 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm etc., complete as directed by the Engineering in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.
Trimming the bed and the side slope of the bank in all soils except hard rock up to a thickness of 7.5cm to 15 cm and making it ready to receive the concrete as directed by the departmental officer.
Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-sand) for flush pointing in Random Rubble Masonry including watering finishing curing using mixer machine for mixing mortar etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.
