Improvement to Ramaguda MIP at Banthapalli in Kukudakhandi Block under DPIW for the year 2022_23

Clearing shrub jungles and uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees of below 1 meter girth on pre-measurement including removal of debris and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and de-lifts etc., with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in hard & gravelly soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. except all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014 cum in volume with all leads, lifts and delifts, including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc. including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished approved level section).

Excavation of any approved type soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means, loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface with all leads, lifts and de-lifts, construction and maintenance of haul, road with lighting arrangement including rough dressing and breaking clods to a maximum 5cm to 7 cm in size and including laying, spreading not exceeding 22.50cm in layers up to required level with proper slope and profile for 2 Km including supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes, labour cess supplying of all machineries and equipments with all incidental charges as required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per design, drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (1/6th volume will deducted for settlement of earth work). (Measurement will be taken on finished approved level section).

Earth work in all kinds of soil in benching with all leads and lifts as per the approved specification and level including the rough dressing of the benching section to proper slope and profile with supply of all labour and tools and plants, all materials, all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Suitable earth to be used in the dam section)(Benching the Old Embankment)

Watering earth work in dam embankment up to OMC involving all cost of arrangements with all leads, lifts and de-lifts and compaction with suitable power roller/ sheep foot roller and track dozer / vibratory plate compactor or any approved compaction equipment to 95% of Proctor density including making arrangements for supply of water complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurements to be taken on the finished compacted section of fill under OMC Condition and no extra payment will be made for partially compacted earth work on the slope beyond designed section).

Filling of foundation with sand with all leads and lifts, delfts including watering and ramming in layers including cost conveyance royalty and other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect etc. completed as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, supplying, and stacking moorum in regular box heaps measured as 1.5X1.5X0.44 of approved specification on compacted surface of earth dam or dyke for pre-measurement including transportation of moorum and conveying from stacks and spreading moorum on approved surface to the specified thickness and consolidation by watering, ramming or with H.R,R. to the required level with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with supply all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3 m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 5 m lead per 1 Cum complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Removing old revetments and aprons and stacking the same for reuse with all leads, lifts & delifts and repacking with the useful old stones to proper slope and level with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work including filling the interstices with small stones, bond stones by wedging & hammering etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with K.B. bricks 23cmX11cmX8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth etc. complete in all respect as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debeis within 50m lead etc. complete in all respect as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) over stone work after racking out the joints 12 mm deep including watering, curing, finishing, rounding the corner wherever necessary and including cost, conveyance & royalty and all taxes of materials, supply of all Labour and T&P to complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough Stone Dry packing in aprons & revetments to all heights & thickness profile and level using hard granite broken stone of 30 cm. and above size weighting 75 kg and above of approved quality, quarried, free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials and T&P along with supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing stone riprap with blasted and quarried granite stone boulders of size 30cm and above to the slopes of earth dam and dyke with all leads and lifts including dumping on slopes filling interstices with small stones and wedges and packing surface to proper line and levels including fixing wave breakers complete with all leads & lifts complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(No deduction towards voids in finished section)

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty and other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) using 20mm and downgraded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, (excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod, GST) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bars reinforcement as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance and other taxes (binding wires cost included 18 to 20 gauge) etc. complete in all respect including all leads & lifts from bending yard to placement spot with supplying of labour and T&P and labour cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing and turfing to the slopes of the dam , dyke & canal embankment with approved quality of compacted dub grass including collection of turf, conveyance to site with all leads, lifts & de-lifts including periodical watering till survival of turf to its full green growth and supply of all labour , T & P materials and labour cess required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement is to be taken after full survival of turf)

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delifts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Walls and Fins)

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for foundation & plinth)
