Providing Apron Drive Glass Walled PBB and AVDGS for Various Airports in India.

Amount

1. Design, manufacture and Supply of Apron Drive type Glass Walled Passenger Boarding Bridge with approximate extended operational length upto 32m (2/3 tunnels), consisting of self-supporting rotunda capable of rotating 180 Deg +/- 5 Deg. (Half of which shall be clockwise and other half anticlockwise), Telescopic tunnels having double glass side panels, cabin capable of total rotation up to 122.5 Deg (min 90 deg to the left and remaining to the right ), 175 to 180 Deg Bogey steering (+ 87.5 Deg) with solid tyres, microprocessor controls, Operating console, indications, safety devices, etc. as required along with Advanced Visual Docking Guidance System (A-VDGS) for precision parking of aircraft complete in all respects and complying ICAO guidelines including supply of Air- conditioning units for the telescopic tunnels as required and supply of all materials for interconnection between PBB, A-VDGS, display units, panels and associated units/systems including cables, conduits etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications. The PBB steel tunnel structure should be capable of withholding the additional load of 2 no. ground power unit (GPU) and 1 no. pre-conditioned air unit (PCA) to be provided in future.

1(a). Imported material cost (The rate offered shall be the FOB cost including all taxes and duties of local bodies State & Central Govt. as applicable of that country). (Rates to be quoted excluding Custom Duty and IGST.)

1(b). Basic Custom Duty @ 8.25% on imported material cost of SOQ item 1(a) in foreign currency. (Applicable IGST on basic custom duty shall be paid by AAI directly to custom authority).

1(c). Indian material cost of accessories and items for PBBs (length upto 32m) to be sourced from India/ value addition done in India in INR inclusive of all taxes, duties of local bodies. State & Central Govt. as applicable but exclusive of inland transportation, loading, unloading, insurance charges etc & GST in India. Note: - Inland Transportation charges including loading, unloading, insurance etc. upto respective airport site shall be quoted against BOQ item no. 5/6/7.

4. Cost of overseas freight and insurance for PBB including AVDGS and accessories etc. from port of country of origin to Indian port including all charges such as handling charges, etc. at abroad as required.

5. Inland Transportation charges of PBB including AVDGS and accessories (applicable for 1(a), 2 (a), 3 (a) and 1 (c), 2 (c), 3 (c) ) within India from the port of landing to the Airports except Leh & Port Blair in India including clearing charges, warehousing charges, loading, unloading, insurance etc. as required (exclusive of GST).

6. Inland Transportation charges of PBB including AVDGS and accessories (applicable for 1(a), 2 (a), 3 (a) and 1 (c), 2 (c), 3 (c) ) within India from the port of landing to Leh Airport in India including clearing charges, warehousing charges, loading, unloading, insurance etc. as required (exclusive of GST).

7. Inland Transportation charges of PBB including AVDGS and accessories (applicable for 1(a), 2 (a), 3 (a) and 1 (c), 2 (c), 3 (c) ) within India from the port of landing to Port Blair Airport in India including clearing charges, warehousing charges, loading, unloading, insurance etc. as required (exclusive of GST).

8. Assembling, lifting , positioning, installation, testing & commissioning of PBB including Civil Work such as Foundation etc. at the Airport site including installation testing and commissioning of advanced visual docking guidance system with mounting arrangements etc., air conditioning system and all control and power cabling, earthing etc. and any other items or accessories required for successful commissioning of the system, etc. complete as required as per technical specifications (exclusive of GST).
