Annual Operation and Preventive Maintenance Contract of HVAC system including other accessories installed at DATS Building, IGI Airport, New Delhi for two years

SH-I (Operation) Annual Operation and Preventive Maintenance contract of HVAC system (as per scope of work) comprising Chiller Plants, Air handling units along with heating system of various capacity, Fan coil units (FCU), Ceiling suspended units (CSU), Variable Frequency drives (VFD), Fire/Volume control damper, In line fan, Exhaust fan, Floor mounted presuurization fan, Staircase & lift pressurization fan, Valves, supply , return and fresh air Ducts, Chilled/condenser water pipeline,drain pipe , cooling towers, Primary and Secondary Chilled water pump , condensor pumps, water make up pumps, heat exchangers, Supply and return air grills , along with maintenance (as per special conditions of contract) of associated Electrical equipment like starter panels / control panels etc, by providing specified man power as mentioned in Special Conditions of Contract.

SH-II Execution of works as per CPWD schedule of rates and specification for amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- as and when required during contract period. Rates for the items under DSR shall be taken as under: Item rate as per DSR-2018 = X Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted)= Y = X / 1.18 (ex. GST) Example: if rate of an item as per DSR-2018 = 118.00 Basic rate (on which percentage above or below to be quoted) = 118 / 1.18 = 100 If contractor is quoting Rs. 4,00,000/- againts Rs. 5,00,000 i.e. 20 % below it means Rs. 80.00 (ex GST) shall be paid for that item against Rs. 118.00 (as per DSR-2018)

SH-III (Supply of spares) Supply of the following AHU filter including all accesories such as gaskets, nuts, bolts ,washer etc., if any complete as all required and as per direction of Engineer In Charge. Make - Puromatic or approved equivalent.

AHU Pre filter flange type of size (610x610x50)mm, Cassette size 550x500mm , Capacity CFM-2000 EU3/G3 Series: X,η:90% @20µ.

AHU Pre filter flange type of size (305x610x50)mm, cassette size (245x550)mm, capacity CFM -1000 EU3/G3, Series: X,η:90% @20µ.

AHU Bag filter flange type of size (610x610x300)mm, casing -Aluminium, F7, Series: N, η:99% @3µ.

AHU Bag filter flange type of size (305x610x300)mm , casing -Aluminium, EU7, Series: N, η:99% @3µ.

AHU Pre filter flange type of size (610x610x50)mm , casing -Aluminium, EU-04/G4, η:90% @10µ.

AHU Pre filter flange type of size (610x305x50)mm , casing -Aluminium, EU-04/G4, η:90% @10µ.

AHU Pre filter flange type of size (500x500x50)mm , casing -Aluminium, EU-04/G4, η:90% @10µ.

SH-III (Supply of spares) Supply of following V belt of different size for AHU/CSU/Exhaust, ISI marked complete all as required.

SH-III (Supply of spares) Supply of the following rating bearings suitable for motors for AHU/Cooling Tower/MakeupTank/CSU/Primary & Secondary motors of condenser and chiller lines complete all as required.

SH-IV Rewinding and reparing of following motor ratings of AHU/cooling towers fans /CSU/ Exhaust / Condenser/Primary motors/Secondary motors/Makeup Motors including overhauling/ servicing , varnishing, baking, applying moisture proof varnish, assembling, testing ,decoupling and coupling, loading / unloading and transportation to and from the site complete (all as required) .(Old defective winding shall be retained by Agency).

SH-V Repairing/Replacement of cards & Programming of VFDs (Make:- Danfoss) of different capacities from the OEMs/authorized dealers of Danfoss including dismantling of VFD from the panel, cartage charges (to and fro) and installing back of VFD after repairing/replacement complete as required.

SH-VI Comprehensive maintenance of following split type Air-conditioning unit comprising of compressor, condensing coil unit, cooling coil unit etc. complete as required :-

1.5 TR - 04 Nos.

SH-VII Hiring of vehicle (Mahindra Scorpio / TUV 300 / TATA SUMO Gold) with Driver for official purpose.

Provision of 1 No. vehicle (Mahindra Scorpio / TUV 300 / TATA SUMO Gold), seating capacity 5 or more, having AC, on all days in a month excluding Saturdays and Sundays from 09:30hrs to 18:00 hrs normally with driver at DATS Complex, IGI Airport, Electrical Office as per conditions of contract. Year of manufacturer: Not earlier than 2017, Monthly average run - 1500 KM. For contract period. Monthly fixed hire charges for 1500KM run per vehicle. NOTE: An amount of Rs. 8.00 per KM shall be deducted from the quoted rate against unutilized running kilometers from 1500 KM limit per month.

Rate per KM for run beyond 1500 KM per month.

Rate per Hour for detention beyond 8 hrs.
