Supply & Installation of Prefabricated Sandwich Puf Panel for Wall comprising of two sides facing of Colour Coated Galvalume Steel Sheet (PPGL) and sandwiched between them CFC free close cell high Density rigid Polyurethane foam 40±2 Kg/m3 having a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 w/mk. The outer & inner sheet are Off-White RAL-9002 Galvalume Steel Sheet (PPGL) of 0.5mm TCT steel min.240 Mpa having a coating Mass of min.120 gsm zinc coating total of both sides as per IS : 277 and finished with 20 microns colour coating of SMP polyester quality paint coat over a 5 micron primer on exposed side and back coat of 5 microns on inner side over a 5 microns- primer. The outer and inner sheet have a core of 60mm thick Polyurethane Foam Insulation. The PUF insulation have fire retardant and self-extinguishing properties as per IS 12436. The panels are manufactured according to the required length and in 1180 mm width with tongue and groove arrangement on the sides having hidden fastener jointing arrangement. Prefabricated Puf Panels are fixed to the support structure. The metal sheet conforms to IS: 277 & 14246. The polyurethane insulation conforms to IS: 12436. Make of Sheets JSW/BHUSHAN/ESSAR or Equivalent. Puff panel approved make JINDAL/ MECTEC/ MITASO/ EPACK/ MULTICOLOR or approved equivalent. Puf panels are to be fixed with necessary L & U channels (galvanized) with necessary fittings etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete. a) 75 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin fire rated board conforming to IS: 2095: part I
Providing and fixing Conventional capped glazed aluminium curtain wall system at Rear side/ air side of main building as shown in drawing designed to withstand the wind pressure of confirming to IS -875 part III. The system shall be made with insulated 31.52 mm thick toughened double glass Unit as specified below in the item with protective tape, using heavy duty aluminium extruded built up profiles of approved make & as per safe structural design. The aluminium glazing members i.e. mullion and transome shall be fixed to R.C.C./ steel beams / columns through adequately designed 6mm to 8mm thick M.S. galvanized brackets with anchor / fasteners of approved make. Specially designed aluminium mullions and transoms of extruded aluminium sections shall be of 6063-T6 alloy with chemical composition and mechanical properties as per IS: 733:1983 and I.S. 1285:2002. All the aluminium sections shall be pure polyester powder coated to 50 microns (minimum) as per IS:137871:1993 / I.S. :1868, of approved colour with minimum 2.5 mm wall thickness. System shall accommodate openable panel as per architectural requirement in the system. All fix vision glass and openable shall look similar in the elevation. Items includes supplying, installation and fixing of aluminium framing members (Mullions & Transoms), labours, tools, lifting machines/ cranes etc. including supply, installation of DGU 31.52mm thick laminated toughened glass with protective tape, cost of sealants, MS galvanised brackets, fasteners, screws, sleeves, spacers, protective tape, masking tape, backer rods, bolts, gasket, fixtures, scaffolding, lifting arrangement, all taxes and duties except GST etc. complete in all respect. However cost of M.S. structural steel framework shall be measured and paid separately. “(Note:- Powder coated Aluminium sections content considered in this item is @ 6.5 kg/sqm. Hermetically sealed insulated glass units size shall be as per design / drawing and consisting of outer 13.52mm laminated glass (6mm thick toughened clear glass + 1.52 PVB + 6mm tinted toughened glass + 12mm thick air gap + Inner 6mm thick toughened clear glass. The standard glass panel shall be of size of 1.2m x 2.4m in height (approx.).

Providing and Fixing 13.52 mm toughened laminated glass (6mm Glass+1.52mm PVB+ 6mm Glass) (SAINT GOBAIN/ MODIGUARD/ ASAHI) of required height and length with mirror polished edges, fixed for partitions etc. as per specified lay out with Aluminium extruded sections with necessary fixtures like rubber gasket, aluminium beading, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (NET AREA OF GLASS TO BE MEASURED FOR PAYMENT PURPOSE. Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, painting, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 minimum required grade E250,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL/APPOLO, conforming to IS 1161/4923, minimum required Grade YST 310, in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffoldings etc. required for all operations involved. The structural members shall be painted with 350 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Primer cum MIO of approved make with two coat of Epoxy Primer cum MIO 125 microns (each coat) thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coats). Up to all heights including preparation of the surface by copper slag blasting before application of primer/paint as per SA2.5 standards. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings, Particular Specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Providing, fixing and installation of inner membrane surface of the roof as per the conceptual drawing (for Ceiling Fabric Roof) with an indoor membrane from Mehler Texnologies Valmex TF Attractive FR/ Serge Ferrari Soltis Peform 92 or equivalent lightweight perforated membrane with Openness factor 03-04 %. PVDF lacquered on at least one side having min. weight of 410 g/sqm with Flame retardant as per manufacturer’s specification, with conditional warranty of 10 years.
