PROVIDING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (PDMC) INCLUDING PREPARATION OF DETAILED PROJECT REPORT (DPR) AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY UNDER URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS IN MGNVY-2 WITHIN THE BIDAR CITY CORPORATION LIMITS

Consultants from any State Government/ Central Government should have prepared DPR and carried out construction supervision /PDMC monitoring/PMU in any one work (90% of the work should be completed) of Comprehensive Development of Road work projects cost not less than Rs.148.00 Crores in last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26). (Consultant needs to submit the certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or the agreement authority counter signed by Executive Engineer or equivalent)

Consultants must have following instrument and software's i. Minimum - 3 Nos Total Station Instrument (Own/MOU with respective agencies ii)Drawing Plotter of minimum A2 size - 1 No iii)AutoCAD software Minimum 3 User License should have in the firms name. iv) Pavement design software like IITPAVE/ Bentley MX Roads or Similar software's - 3 User License (should have in the firms name v) Falling Weight deflectometer-1(Own/Lease)

Adequacy of the proposed Technical Approach & Methodology and Work plan in responding to the TOR

The Consultant shall preferably Own a Full Fledged NABL Accreditation Laboratory with all the relevant equipments with necessary qualified staff to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes OR Shall have an MOU with a Recognized Full Fledged NABL Accreditation Laboratory particularly for this project with all the relevant equipment with necessary qualified staff to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes
