Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul/slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth,slush/mud all leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.

Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. Complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and working in foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.S frames.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters , butteresses , plinth and string courses etc.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors , roofs having slope up to 15degree landings , balconies , shelves , chajjas , lintels , bands , plain window sills , staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluing the cost of centering ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality - LD - 2.5 - rectangular shape 600x450 mm inernal dimensions

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Commercial of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on steel work

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of debris within a lead of 5 KM radius beyond initial lead of 50m and filling up the low lying areas as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm thick country wood shutter (Karuvelan) of size 0.80mx1.3m. The shutter shall be jointed by 50mm x 6mm M.S. Flat at the two ends on both side of the shutter and fixed with necessary bolts nuts and welding etc., complete. The shutter of the joint shall be counter sunk and flush with the surface of the shutters. The wooden shutter will fix with the screw rod made up of mild steel rod of 50mm dia of 2.30m length duly machined and fully square threaded to suit the Headset assembly and provided with required holes for fixing the screw road to the shutter gusset plate with necessary bolts and nuts / welding in proper alignment to the Headset. The medium duly Headset assembly with Hexagonal nut made up in cast iron including moulding, machining and the Hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod. The Headset assembly to be fixed to the 2 Nos. of top beams ISMB 150 of size 150mm x 75mm. The top beams of 1.75m length shall fix in the Head walls with minimum bearings of 45cm on both sides with necessary hangaring rod. The Headset screw rod and shutter will assemble true to plumb for smooth and easy operation. Necessary operating key will supply with Headset assembly. The guide channel ISMC 75mm x 40mm shall fix in the Head walls as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The shutter and beam shall be painted with two or more anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required for conveying the dismantled materials to the site. Cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutters and including all taxes etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of fabricated steel work of internal dimension 2.80m x 4.50m with front and rear height of 2.70m and 3.00m respectively. The fabrication of the kiosk is to be as per the details below: The kiosk to be constructed with corner pillars of Steel pipes 100mm Ø spaced equally 2.25m c/c with MS base plate 200 x200 x6mm and tied at the top and bottom with 40 x40 x6mm angle. The sloped rafters are in 80 x80 x 6mm L - Section truss placed over the top of the corner pillars to supprt the roof. The purlins are spaced equally 93cm c/c at right angle to the sloped rafters. The corner pillars are connected to other pillars in 40 x40 x 6mm L - Section placed equally 93cm c/c from top to bottom to hold fast the roof and side sheets. Two extra angles in 40 x40x 6mm L - Section for 60cm length is projected out for door portion. The door shall be of 90cm x 185cm with 40 x40 x 6mm angle on all the four sides with an intermediate horizontal member with cross stiffener 40x 40x 6mm L - section for doors. with relevant pad locks and 2 Nos. of 65mm Godrej Navatal lock of 7 levers. The Kiosk is provided with two doors and four windows. The window shall be of 90cm x 75cm with 40 x40 x 6mm angle on all the four sides with an intermediate vertical member with 40x 40x 6mm L -section and12mm MS square rods for windows with locks. The roof and the sides of the kiosk shall be in 18SWG GI corrugated sheet. The rate shall include the cost of all materials labour, fabrication charges including provding of locking arrangements for the door, painting two coats of enamel paint both inside and outside the kiosk placed in position all as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge.

Supplying and Mounting automatic coupling device including pedestal and 200mm dia duck foot bend stainless steel guide pipes with lifting chain confirming to BS 970 Gr-304 and necessary MS channel suitable for 20 HP non-clog submersible centrifugal pumps including RCC concrete foundation with stainless steel (SS 304 Gr-) foundation bolts and nuts.
