Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each. And making the surface plain and smooth with cement mortar for fixing of windows and doors

All as item 1 herein before but exc 1.5 sqm but not 4 Sqm each

Refixing shutters of any description in the same opening incl taking down and resecuring or easing and adjusting all as specififed not exc 1 sqm each

S&F pressed steel frame made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 125x60mm for doors/windows with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including filling of concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) back of chowkhats and incl two coats of synthentic enamel paint all as specified.

S&F pressed steel frame made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 105x60mm for doors/windows with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including filling of concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) back of chowkhats and incl two coats of synthentic enamel paint all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side all as specified

S & F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a).

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be printed to match with printed sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, all as per specification and drawing.

S & F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with particle board core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame all as specified and directed
