Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing & fixing of 15 mm thick Acoustic Panels in size 1200 x 600mm colored panel as per desired finish, Premium Square Edge. Panels are made of Pine Wood fibers containing cellulose bonded with Magnesite. The panels will be screw fixed @ 200mm on GI metal frame of 50 x 50mm making a grid of 600 x 600mm c/c. The frame is to be made in proper line after leveling. The panels will be backed with 50mm Rockwool of 48 kg/cum inserted inside the grid of 600 x 600mm which will comprise of minimum NRC 0.90 to 1.00, as per IS: 8225/ ISO: 354/ ASTM: 423 – 90 a. The panel meets the stringent fire test required having Class ‘P’ rating for Ignitability test as per BS 476 part 5 and Class ‘1’ rating as per BS 476 part 7 for Surface Spread of Flame test. Class ‘P’ and Class ‘1’ are the highest rating. BS 476 part 6 Fire Propagation index, I = not greater than 4.11. Panels shall be fixed with Black color matting for final finish. Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595mmin true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gl slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm Gl adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Gl Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Gl sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Providing and fixing planks consisting of shesham wood battens of size 4'-6"x 4 1/2" x 1" vertically, with the help of M.S. nuts and bolts, on the existing M.S. frame completely fixed in position in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 1200 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material.

Deduct for not grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment in the items of fixing of vitrified tiles.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side 4mm teak ply in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of all necessary stainless steel fittings and french spirit polish on teak ply complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) chowkhat 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and spirit polish of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of two coats Spirit polish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing contour zebra blind approved sample having a control unit made of high strength reinforced plastic with a clutch of wrap spring design and high strength reinforced steel springs provided to transmit motion from driving to driven members of clutch is to be operated directionally by the use of endless bread chain is to be operated directinlly by the use of endless complete in all respects

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
