Repair and maintenance of infrastructure assets in R-I division during 2025-26.

Dismantling stone /CC slab channel flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Manufactured Sand derived from Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled aggregate (RA))

Laying 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. Red sand stone/ White Sand Stone.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 Kms. Lead i.e. Shastri Park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighting at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge . Weighting and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures / rules of the C&D Waste plant . The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rats will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
