Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100mm deep.

M & L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen including preparing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for premix bituminous macadam (paving bitumen any penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50 % binder content (paving bitumen) weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed Make :- Berger guidline/Dulux Trade line/Indigo

Supple and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm X 100mm X 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in coping, rounded or chamfered on edges and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of path complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping etra and complete all as specified and directed.
