CIVIL WORK

Dismantling and clearing away floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles, glazed tiles etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement , five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Paving the floor with Fine semi polished cuddapah stone slab of 38/ 40mm thick laid over Cement Morter 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron works such as steel door, window, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost of distemper, primer, cleaning, scrabbing the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges etc., complete, complying standard specification and as directed. ( The quality and colour of oil bound distemper should got approved by the Executive Engineer before use.)

Letter writing for stock details in front of shop using black synthetic enamel paint including cost of paint, brush and labour charges for painting, the size and length as directed by the departmental etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pointing the existing roof top pressed tiles of size 230mmx230mmx20mm, 12mm thick laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Servicing the existing motor cost includes cost of material charges labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with down rod on the existing clamp etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting Make:ISI etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of MS Sheet doors as per required size and ISI standard cost includes cost of door, fixing charges conveyance charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.
