PCC 1:3:6 (M 10), using 20mm HBG metal foundation without form work including cost of cement, all materials, water charges, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS/ RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, cost of binding wire, etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using bricks of size 9"x 4 3/8"x2"3/4" for super structure including cost of all materials, water charges , labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete. By using II class Champer Burnt bricks

Fabrication and Labour charges for fixing of GI angles of various sizes vertically @ 75cm c/c to the required length for supporting the cable in the cable duct in correct position including labour ,cutting etc., complete as per the drawing and std. specification.

Supply, fabrication and Labour charges for fixing of 90 LBS rails in the transformer plinth and fixing with proper anchorage in the reinforement steel in correct position including labour, cutting, welding etc., complete as per the drawing and std. specification.

Labour charges for transporting from casting yard to curing tank, curing tank cable duct, aligning and fixing of RCC pre cast cover slab as directed by the site engineer including all labour lead lifts etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix using 12mm thick for inside & outside walls, including cost of all materials, water charges, labour, lead, litf, etc, complete.

Colour washing two coats of approved Plastic emulsionover one coat of white cement primer for wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing PVC down fall pipe using 110mm dia 4 Kg / sqcm, PVC pipe and pvc clamp line supreme etc, including fixing PVC washer type door bend & shoe, in correct position and connecting from the roof slab including cost of all materials, labour, transport lead, lift, etc., complete, including PVC accessories and washers.

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand in foundation and sides of masonry, consolidation as per std.specn.with water including all, labour, lead , lift, etc., complete.

Removing the excess earth to the nearby bund or low laying area instructed by field engineer including all lead, lift, etc., complete.

B) ELECTRICAL

Supply of various types of steels including Cost of steel, Freight & Handling confirming to IS 2062 Gr A at site, Fabricating the steels in to specified structures as per the std.design/Drawing, Painting of Primer coat of Redoxide paint and first finishing coat of Aluminium Paint with supply of reputed make paints after proper surface preparation such as cleaning of rust scales using appropriate machinery including all Labour, machinery and Consumables and as directed by the field Engineer at the SS site.

Non-specfied structures, Extension, Alterations, and Deductions as per station requirement.

Light section (other than heavy section)

Supply of various types of steels including Cost of steel, Freight &Handling confirming to IS 2062 Gr A at site, Fabricating the steels in to specified structures as per the std.design/Drawing, Painting of Primer coat of Redoxide paint with supply of reputed make paints after proper surface preparation such as cleaning of rust scales using appropriate machinery including all Labour, machinery and Consumables and as directed by the field Engineer at the SS site.
