Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs , cleaning etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position for the following capacity :-

Capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres.

Capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres.

Cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from existing tanks and mouths of circulating pipes of any description & washing down in the manner as specified for the following capacity:-

S&F in repair closed top cover for water tank of any capacity and any type with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore old serviceable/unserviceable steel tubing and connections of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15mm bore steel tubing, galvanized with and including provision of all fitting such as bend, elbow, socket, tees, etc. and fixed to wall or laid in floors including cutting, threading, hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying Epoxy Resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of Fosroc, Pidilite and Bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor complete all as specified.(WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked.

M&L PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken slab filling complete all as specified and directed.
