Refilling with excavated earth, consolidating in layers and the top brought for line with the existing surface including cost of labour lead lift ect.., complete

Laying of pcc (1:3:6) using 20mm HBC metal over the casing PVC pipes provided at the road crossing steets in cable ducts ect…, including cost of all materials lead lift labour charges watch and ward danger light sinal boaerd.

Supplying of 33 KV RCC"V" troughs and laying over the UG cable to proper grade and alignment inside the cable trench printing letters of not less than 75mm on either side of the troughs as directed by the Engineer incharge of works including the cost for all materials transporting of troughs from the source to the destination upto 10Kms stenciling ,paints,brushes all leads and lifts

Supplying laying Jointing and fixing in position cement pipes of 225mm dia in size in the excavated cable trench as directed by the engineer including the cost of rope, sealing the ends with cement mortar, labour leads lifts ect.., complete.

Supplying and Laying160mm. Dia PVC pipe of approved quality and of reputed make for road and drainage crossing for the HT cable laying at road drainage crossing including cost of all marerials, labour lead, lifts etc.., complete

Uncoiling and laying of 33KV 1*630 Sq.mm HT cable in tretail formation on the excavated trench including drawing the cable through RCC / GI/ PVC pipes wherever necessary at road crossings etc.., without any damage. Including transporting of cables tools and plants labour, lead lift etc.., complete (kktm covers 3 cable in one RM)

Cutting the cable of required length and sealing the ends with suitable end caps for 33 KV cables. Including cost of all materials , leads and lifts etc.., complete

Transporting of the remains of the empty cable drums (iron materials) to the stores for devolution including loading and unloading leads and lifts, etc.., complete.

Supply and erection of cable marker in RCc (1:2:4) using 20mm HBs metal of size 0.3m X 0.6m and of 100mm tk, engraving letters "TNEB Ug cable" painting the engraved letters, fixing the cable marker in a bed of PCc (1:3:6) using 20mm HBs Metal of size 0.45m including cost ofall materials,labour,transporting to the destination all leads and lifts etc complete.

Providing watch and ward required at site as directed by the engineer incharge

Providing Barrycade arrangements including transporting of all materials labour,lead,lift etc., complete while execution of cable laying work(25% of TrenchLength)
