Carrying out servicing/repairing of electrically operated EOT crane 1 Ton capacity installed at 5 to 8 mtr height form the floor to keep crane serviceable , checking , three monthly by mechanic or at any time if crane gone defective, all electrical control and mechanical mechanism like Gear box motor , plumber block , wheels for LT & CT motion , control panel & resistance box , brake system , limit switch etc. Including servicing /maintainance /repairing with replacement of defective parts with and including , minor parts , tightning of all nut bolts , setting /adjusting of any disbalanced mechanical mechanism , checking electrical connctions/ control swithcs /relays/contactors and wiring , tightning looe connection , calibration of electric controls including testing all mechanism/motors and electricals controls , resistance box etc complete all as directed . Note :- (i) Contractor will get the crane repaired within minimum time after receining complaint either telephonically or in person except for major repair. (ii) Unit rate quoated includes checking , repairing , replacemnt of parts calibration , cost of minor parts , labour charges , transporttion charges and testing except dismantling of mechanical mechanism overhauling . (iii) All spare other than minor will be paid seperately as supply only.

Load testing of following EOT cranes , within in the period of completion by state Govt Authority competent person authorised by Inspector of Factories and furnishing test certificate in accordance with the factories Act of capacity 1 Ton complete all as directed Note :- Load and other reuired items for load test to be arranged by contractor including liason with state authority cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Load testing of following HOT cranes, within the period of completion by state Govt Authority competent person authorised by Inspector of Factories and furnishing test certificate in accordance with the factories Act of capacity 1.5 to 5 Ton complete all as directed Note :- Load and other reuired items for load test to be arranged by contractor including liason with state authority cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
