The agency shall provide hotel accommodation at a rate lower than the Lowest Published Room Rate available at the time of booking on any of the following online hotel booking platforms: MakeMyTrip, Goibibo and EaseMyTrip, KAYAK, Skyscanner, Trivago, Agoda, Treebo, Momondo and etc. The bidder shall quote the Flat Discount Amount (₹) in the BOQ. The quoted discount shall remain valid throughout the contract period and shall be applied on the lowest available room rate among the above-mentioned platforms for the same hotel, room category, occupancy and booking conditions. The above rate/fees/charges shall remain firm for the entire period of empanelment including extensions, and that cancellation charges of principals alone shall be recovered at actuals against documentary proof, with nil agency cancellation fee where cancellation is affected before the principal’s penalty window.
