Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregates 40mm nominal size).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6cement mortar

Structrual Steel work in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machinecut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, ofrequired size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed withmatching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing toedges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour or shade (Area of slab over 0.5 sqm)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2
