Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls/ concrete surface, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out side the MoD land level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 of brick/ concrete surface finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound @ 4.5 Sqm/ Ltr or as per manufacturers instruction over newly plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 of brick/ concrete surface finished fair even and smooth wihout using extra cement with of liquid water proofing compound @ 4.5 Sqm/Ltr or as per manufacturers instruction over newly plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling and finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of White wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of putty on whole surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only liquid water Proofing Compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make:- M/S FOSROC CHEMICALS (INDIA) PVT LTD, M/S SIKA INDIA PVT LTD or its equivalent.

Dismentling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing the rubbish out side the MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles, light shade, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. laid over 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed of CM (1:6) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for first quality Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc laid on 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 300x200x7mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
