M&L for spray painting (by electrostatic process) over Hanger steel surface by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging patterns(Multi Colour shall be used as approved) over a coat of zinc chrome primer under high pressure at 20MPA through electical pump, having nozzle dia 0.15mm to .2mm and max flow 1.8L to 3L per min with air hose length 10m including preparation of old steel surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds mass ,spots and applying 1 to 1.5mm synthetic zinc oxide putty to recieve smooth finished of steel surface complete all as specified and directed. Note- Spray painting shall be carried out at hanger, quoted rates shall be included for necessay scaffolding of height upto 10 m, safety belt and all other necessary T&P.

M&L for painting old steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting old wooden surfaces. exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness , size , quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins /spring clips and provding and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.50sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Figured glass, pin head type 5 mm thick and glazing with beads (either supplied with shutters or to be measured separately as supply only) in squares exceeding 0.5Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Figured glass, pin head type 5 mm thick and glazing with beads (either supplied with shutters or to be measured separately as supply only) in squares not exceeding 0.5Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing water storage tank of capacity 500 ltrs capacity and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 liters capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, complete all as speceified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore dia nipple suitable for HDPE water tank. (minimum weight 20mm-45gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair 20mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling / facia /RCC Chhaja etc & finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment), in camouflaging patterns , including preparation over new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 coats of white washing on newely plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls/ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds mass and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1.5 mm thick wall care putty to receive smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of treated surfaces to receive one coat of dry distemper on surfaces of walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of treated surfaces to receive two coats of distemper oil emulsion on surfaces of walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on plastered surfaces including preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls/kerb stone etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of surfaces after complete removal of old existing painting from concrete /bituminous surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic water based road marking paint over the lines, dashes, arrows letters etc. on concrete / bituminous pavement exceeding 10 cm width complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls/Chajja/cills including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds mass and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (antifungal), (in camouflage pattern using number of colours), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 16 of tender documents.
