WSS NARBAL Repairs to MUG 30, Star Delta Starter by way of disconnecting of starter from the electric circuit , dismantling /extraction of damaged /worn-out parts from the starter .The Job includes replacement of below mentioned items/parts as per sample of damaged one:-  P/F of Power contactors viz. ML3 contactor assembly of L&T make (02 No).with following Specifications:  Brand L&T  Model ML3  No of poles 3 i) Type Power Contactors ii) Switching current 220/440 The Job further includes replacement of all damaged wirings besides application of necessary insulting tapings, required size thimbles, connecting with electric circuited Testing on no load/full load at site.

WSS WELL NO.01 & 10 Replacement of old damaged link set by way of Providing and fitting of heavy duty 11 KV link set with copper grips suitable for 11 KVA so as to ensure safety during maintenance of the HT line. The Job includes cost on account of labour, handling; carriage as well as taking due clearance and shutdown from the concerned Power Development Department. The old scrap shall be property of sub-division.

WSS BATWANI Repairs to 50 KVA Voltage Stabilizer at Water Supply Scheme Batwani. Complete details are as under;

Disconnecting of Voltage Stabilizer from LT Circuit, loading from Pump house into pvt. Vehicle by means of skilled labour to workshop. Job includes manual dragging of the Voltage Stabilizer by skilled labour up to loading site

Disassembling of the voltage stabilizer by way of opening of top lid, disassembling of voltage regulator, removing all incoming and outgoing connections, the job shall include draining out of T.oil and its safe placement for its further refilling.

P/F of 10"x10" size Plate Type regulator switch having copper contact points to the above stabilizer after dismantling of the damaged one. Job includes testing of the voltage stabilizer on full load at site

Complete assembling of voltage stabilizer by fixing of voltage regulator. Providing/making of all incoming and outgoing connections out of proper coils. Providing/fitting of required nuts/bolts and washers, etc.

Providing/fixing of Bakelite/PUC sleeves latheride/paper sheets, putting on top lid by screwing up of the bolts.

Providing and filling of fresh and transparent T oil.

Re shifting of above voltage stabilizer from workshop to Site/Scheme in load carrier including its loading/unloading head load/pushing. The job also includes its installation, & testing at site.
