S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete as per manufacturer's instructions including fixing of nut, bolt and clamps with the help of drilling machine complete all as specified and as directed

(Note : WPC will be measured & paid separately).

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling and soffits of staircase, waist slab or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic distemper (Ist quality) of approved manufacturer having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specifications over a coat of primer paint, over and including 2mm thick acrylic wall care putty ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, of any description, new or old, treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully grating, holdfasts, ends of posts, backs of chowkats etc, area n exc 0.1sqm each and treated with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description, new or old, treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., area tarred exc 0.1 sq. m but n exc 0.5 sq. m each and treated with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out of existing roof treatment of any thickness from RCC roof by scrapping/scrubbing/brooming, sweeping clean and washing down with water using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated :- (i) Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on existing roof surface true to level. ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (iii) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric/matt weighing not less than 160gms per Sqm having softening point not less than 150 mm centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinfocred tearing strength of 180 N by torch application . Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing wherever it is noticed. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/IS 16532-2017.

Item No 74 Contd..... (iv) Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Chage before incorporation in the work. (v) Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the Contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work (vi) The work shall be executed through authorised applicators of original manufacturer only (v) WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, etc finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for door seal bottom made of aluminium body with nylon rubber bottom or bristless of width not less than 38 cm for door complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) M & L for point wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqmm FRLSH (confirming to IS-694) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor with one single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC casing caping (ISI Marked) of required size (25x12/32x12mm) along with all fitting/ fixtures such as Tee, Bend, Elbow socket, Saddles etc. and making good the disturbed surface and connecting to common earth dolly complete with PVC rectangular board (ISI marked) of suitable size/shape for accommodate switches, sockets combination for power point controlled by independant switch complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Colour of cables as Phase-R/Y/B, Neutral-Black and Earth-Green. (ii) Switches and sockets to be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F for Sub main wiring two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm (Nominal area), 1100 V grade and one run of 4.0 Sqmm 1100 V grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed muti stranded copper conductor cable as in earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC Casing-in-Caping of required size (ISI marked) with all accessories on roof/wall/ceiling and making good the disturbed surace with cement sand plaster (1:6) and white washing/distempering to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. . Note:- Two runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of 4.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing-in-caping shall be measured as one unit length.

E/M PORTION (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) M&L for shifting, fixing over a platform of size 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.05 mtr , commissioning and testing of transformer of capacity 315 KVA or any higher capacity , shifting from one location to another location with suitable and safe arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC of 1:3:6 type C2 shall be provided from patform/foundation of platform upto the hight of 1.05 mtr above ground level and 0.75 mtr below the GL and giving good finish of plastering and size of the platform shall be mentioned above. Excavation, earth work, installation, testing and commissioning shall deemed to be included in the total cost of equipment. Construction cost of the platform shall be deemed to be included in the tendered rate.

M & L for heavy duty strip wire armoured HT under ground cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volt grade earthed XLPE insulted,multistranded circular aluminium conductor cable confirming to IS 7098 (Pt-II) 1985 with latest amendments in pipe/ trenches/ cable duct/fixed on pole by proper size shaped GI clamps with nuts and bolts etc making good the disturbed surface complete all specified and directed.

M&L Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 Metre long) including two coats of sky blue enamel paint upto 1.5m from PCC foundation and aluminium paint over rest portion of pole over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
