Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:4 of old size sub class ‘B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item 02 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other frame/Chowkhat of size 45x70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum , screw withdrawal strength of 2200N (Face) & 1100N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properly of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant 152 Section 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair factory made 20 mm thick solid WPC(wood particle composit) without prelam sheet having both side wood nature colour for cupboard partitions/slabs of density 600 kg /Cbm bent 90° including 100% termite/water proof, fire rertradent, Eco friendly complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 25mm thick solid WPC(wood particle composit) sheet one side UV printed (of pattern as approved by GE)and other side wood nature colour for cupboard shutter of density 600 kg /Cbm bent 90° including 100% termite/water proof, fire rertradent, Eco friendly, and finish at all edges at level etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F continous piano hinges (30mm width of flaps when open) mild steel, bright finish complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing for soft close concealed steel Auto hinges for cabinet case complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Stainless steel Handel of 100 mm long fixed with Self Tapping screws all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L high quality magnet catcher for cupboard shuttter, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
