Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fly ash brick 75 kg/cmsq compressive strength. Modular size, is slaight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone boulder pitching with random rubble including grouting with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing of the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for obtaining flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions (Square, rectangular or polygonal on plan) for obtaining rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel, or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion of concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel angle as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh, chain link fencing etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, skirting, dado etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposing of rubbish material at low lying area of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone agreaget as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top of drain walls and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and finishing exposed faces of concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grraded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain, rounded and chamfered edges surface even and smooth complete all specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded stone agreaget as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc., and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering ) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc.1.5m height from base soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved moorum filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammped including watering complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For the purpose of payment only consolidated thickness will be considered for measurement.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 150m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel screw bolts (Machine Made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut; length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm with diametre of neck 11 to 15 mm including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel fabricated framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work complete all specified and directed.

M&L for running welding in repairs for metal having thickness upto 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but n exc 5 cm in length for metal having thickness upto 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for restraining resecuring galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings by straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the bidder deemed to be inclusive of providing minor parts such as bolt, nuts, staples, MS wire etc., as required at site for resecuring the barbed wire in position and no extra claim is entertained on this account.

M&L for three coats of white wash on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., on newly plastered walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
