Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamel paint like consistency with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used)

Application of primer shall be followed with application of two coats of IPNet- RB (confirming to BRI requirement) anticorrosive epoxy coating for bar rotection against future corrosion. Coating is for old a well as newly provided steel. This system Interpenetrating polymer network system for rebars: IPNet-RB) once applied on steel shall provide extended protection against fiuture carbonation and chlooride attack. The matrial shall pass minimum 720 hours as per ASTM- B- 117 and shall confirm to IS 2770 PART I and ASTM 3963-86.

Carry out application of 'Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface by brush in two coats. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 60 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the electro - chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5). Material shall have evaluated test reports indicating significant reduction in corrosion rate after minimum 90 thermal cycles at 60o Centigrade followed by 8 weeks of accelerated corrosion indicative of it's uitability for tropical applications. Grout the corrosion inhibitor in case of excessively damaged RC sections by drilling 50 to 75 mm deep holes at the spacing of 350mm c/c with the dosing of 100ml per hole in concrete body.

Crack Filling: Opening non structural hairline cracks in plaster surface and Fill the cracks up to 5mm with Crack X paste in following steps. Apply primer coat prepared with Dr. Fixit Crack X Paste and water in 1:1 proportion over the crack. Fill Dr. Fixit Crack X Paste when the surface is tacky and not dried completely with a spatula. Allow it set for 24 hours and then apply another coat of Dr. Fixit Crack X Paste. Large and separation cracks should be filled with the PMM in the ratio of 1:5:15 mixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or with Polymer modified Mortar HB in SSD condition
