Facility Management and Upkeepment at Portland Park

Providing required manpower by deploying competent persons (male / female as required) for providing services of facility management, housekeeping, gardener helpers, swimming pool attendant, etc. on per day basis. If required , the persons may have to stay within the Portland Park premises at accomodations provided by SMPK for which no rent or electricity charges shall be deducted. [Payment shall be made at the higher of CLC(Central) Minm. wage circular or Govt. Of West Bengal Minm. wage circular applicable for the period , as applicable for respective category labourer as detailed in the tender conditions. ] { Note :- For working in half shift , half rate shall be applicable, One head denotes working for 9 hrs including 1 hr recess}. - Skilled labourer category

Providing all cleaning materials , consumables , tools , plants and equipments to be used or consumed for the works in the contract (except FMCG) on per month basis. [Payment will be made on the basis of total of GST bills per month for consumables, materials , tools and tackles duly certified by the concerned Engineer's Representative . ]
