Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting bending, pacing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a) Cold twisted bars.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing of retro reflective double sided over head gantry signage fixed over 4mm thick ACP Aluminum composite Panels and riveted using 6mm aluminum rivets to back to support the frame and retro reflective 3M and cast vinyl for pasting cutting the letters with 7 years warranty all round supported on a tubular gantry structure including all carriages and wastages

Hire charges for Crane to erect the unipoles

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations preparedand applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete On steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Proving and fixing of nuts and bolts of required size
