(ii) the contractor shall done the comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lift including Repairs/Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts like LCD display, electromechanical locks, safety devices of lifts and accessories of the lift etc during Defect Liability period of 02 (Two) years from the date of completion of work. The contractor shall borne the expenditure occured during maintenance in Defect Liability Period of two years from the date of completion of work and the amount of same deemed to be including in quotated rate by the contractor. (iii) The contractor shall provide MOU with the OEMs for the provision of the lift and further maintenance. The MOU for the post warranty/ post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted at least six months prior to the issue of completion certtificate of the main contract.

(j) He shall impart adequate training to the user and MES staff for smooth operation of lift. (k) Microprecessor, lifting mechanism, brakes, speed control governors, all king of wirings, internal electric connections, communication cables from ground floor to top floor shall be done by the contractor. (l) Contractor shall provide arrangement for inserting cable for CCTV cameras in the lift. (m) total stoppage shall be at G+1+2+3+4. (n) Each floor shall have separate door for automatic opening and closing. (o) Car door, car wall and car ceiling shall be of stainless steel material with high durability. (p) Contractor shall provide arrangements, scaffolding structures and misc associated all king of works for installation of lift.

Contractor shall carry out break down maintenance also. In case of break down, the contractor's mechanic should reach at site within one hour whenever any break down is reported to the contractor OR his reperesentative telephonically/email or any other media of communication. The contractor shall specify their office/residence/ work place phone numbers or mobile numbers for lodging break down complaints round the clock i.e., 24x7 Hrs. Note :- 1. Activities covered in the above schedule are not exhaustive.
