| 1.00SH:I (OCM of EMS) : Providing the following serivces by deployment of adequate personnel round the clock including all holidays, sundays etc. as per specifications in VC Road BSNL Staff quarters (Quarters Compound comprising of Type VI – 2 Nos., Type V - 4 Nos., Servant Qtrs - 2 Nos ) as reqd. | 1.01a)Operation of pumps and filling of water in overhead tanks, operation of valves to avoid wastage of water, compound lighting etc as required. | |||||
| 1.02b) Attending repair/ faults in existing EMS equipments (materials shall be measured from items no-III as specified below. | |||||
| 1.03c) Manning the entrance gate i/c ensuring authorised entry of persons,protection of BSNL property, prevention of encroachments, patroling,keeping unused building/spaces in locked condition etc., | |||||
| 1.04d) Keeping the premises clean i/c periodical sweeping, cutting bushes, Pruning of trees, removal of waste materials etc., | |||||
| 1.05e) Maintaining complaint register as indicated in specification | |||||
| 1.06f) Co-ordination with TNEB for restoration of power / Payment of Electricity charges for common services / Complaint booking on EB services and all liaison related to TANGEDCO, Metro water, collection of demand bill & paying the same after collecting cheque from BSNL etc as required. | |||||
| 1.07g) Co-ordinating with other agencies while attending to common/complaint activities in the premises | |||||
| 1.08f) The agency shall respond to any breakdown/emergency calls from the Allottees/JTO(E)/SDE(E) with in a reasonable time (as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge depending upon the degree of emergency) to analyse faults, failing which, department reserves right to meet the emergency situation at the risk and cost of the agency. All works carried out had to be mandatorily got vetted by the occupants / Tenants of the premises periodically. The periodicity of vetting will be determined by the Engineer-in-charge. | |||||
| 1.09h) Note : Any fault occurred due to negligence of agency it the responsibility of agency to repair the same without any cost. | |||||
