Filtration of transformer oil through Stream Line filter unit to improve the Di-electric Strength to the optimum value for 1000 KVA OUTDOOR Transformers with OLTC and testing & providing the test reports for Di electric Strength and acidity of transformer oil, including the transport charges for transformer oil filter unit with oil testing equipments to site and return back.

Supplying and Replacing the Dehydrating Silica Gel (Approximately 1 kg) with silica gel breather for existing 1000 KVA outdoor Transformer.

Testing of 1000 kVA Transformer Insulation Resistance value checking primary wiring ,disconnection of primary HT cable and secondary bus duct and Re Fixing as per original conditions

Supply of Transformer oil , as per : IS : 335 /1993 (actual quantity will be billed based on the site requirement)

Filteration of On Load Tap Changer by flushing with transformer oil using stream line filter unit including Removing and Refilling of transformer oil and Replacing top Cover Cork Rubberized Gaskets of existing 1000kVA Transformer

Overhauling and Maintenance of HT VCB for the following . Removing the existing VCB 630A 3 Pole EDO (Electrical Draw Out) checking the all parts including the primary and secondary contacts of the clening the dust, mechanism,lubrication and refixing the same. Measure the insulation resistance values for all poles with open condition and closed condition.(Make: Kirloskar or equivalent)

Chargers for testing & issuing of test Certificates with suitable mesuring kit for HT VCB panels for the following : a) Over Current, Earth Fault Relay and short ckt test b) Auxiliary Relay c) Master Trip Relay d) Under Voltage / Over Voltage Relay.

Overhauling and Maintenance of LT ACB for the following . Removing the existing ACB 800A,1600A & 1250A 3/4 Pole EDO (Electrical Draw Out) checking the all parts including the primary and secondary contacts of the clening the dust, mechanism, lubrication and refixing the same.Measure the insulation resistance values for all poles with open condition and closed condition including the Testing and issuing of test Certificates for LT ACB panels for the following : a) Over Current and Earth Fault Relay . b) Auxiliary Relay and Instastaneous test c) Master Trip Relay d) Under Voltage / Over Voltage Relay.
