Safe Loading, Carriage & unloading of following Materials from Centre Store to Pit Site/J.E. Dump Store.

Well/Pipe type earthing of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia ("B" Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 400 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 400 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 630 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 630 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Dismantling of 400 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Dismantling of 250 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Supply and fixing of Allu. Lug 630 sq. mm as per RESSPO Norms,

Supply and fixing of Copper L-Piece for 630 KVA T/f mm as per RESSPO Norms,

Supply and fixing of Allu. Lug 400 sq. mm as per RESSPO Norms,

Supply and fixing of Copper L-Piece for 400 KVA T/F as per RESSPO Norms,

Fixing and laying of LT PVC Cable 1x400/3.5x400/1x16/1x240/1x630 sq.mm as per RESSPO Norms. Only L.T. PVC Cable will be provided by department.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help first class brick & masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer. All material along with civil material will be supplied by the contractor.

Proper laying & commissioning of (3x120+1x70+1x35 sq.mm) XLPE Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC will be Provided by department.

Supply of Complete Transformer Trolly for 630 KVA T/F as Per RESSPO Norms.

Making of Heat & shrinkables joints of 11 KV 3x70 sqmm OD Jointing Kit. Only Jointing kit will be provided by deptt.
