Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three sheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per technical specification clause 506. 50mm (Fifty millimeter) thick.(Bitumen (VG-10), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, 0.50 kg per sqm (Zero point five zero kilogram per square metre), including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick (30mm) compacted thikness bituminous concrete with 30-44(Thirty - Forty four) PH batch type hotmix plant producing and average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates 10 to 13mm (ten to thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to five point six) percent or mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to requred grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specfication clause No. 509 complete in all respects, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm (Two point five millimeter) thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
