Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m cleaning the debrises with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, testing charges, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding GST & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing old cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12mm deep including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using C.B.H.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing, hosting, laying to proper level & slope consolidating, curing, watering charges, finishing smooth to the exposed surface with including cost & supply of all materials, labour, Transportation,Curing, T&P, all taxes, excluding GST etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete (1 cement:1.5 Coarse sand:3 chips) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.H.G. chips of approved quality for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of including mixing in a mixer machine, hoisting, laying in proper level, consolidating by mechanical vibrator,finished smooth to the form work and exposed surface, curing, water charges, including cost of all materials, labour, Transportation, all testing, engagement & hire charges of all mechaniries,T&P , tollage, royalties, all taxes excluding GST etc.all complete but excluding cost of reinforcement,formwork and bending/binding charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing reinforcement steel of required diameter manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIZAG Steel of Fe-500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges,loading at one end & unloading at other end,T&P, all taxes,etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. (NB: No Wastage shall be Paid, Steel Coefficient shall be considered as per IS1786 for Payment Purpose.)

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats using Weather Coat Paint over the wall surface over a coat of primer of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, moisture, Fading including cost of scraping and cleaning the old wall and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding but excluding GST etc all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement the following machineries and man power for Cutting & removal of Extra earth & debrises from the work site including loading one end & unloading at the other end,engagement,hire and running charges, operator expenses,fuel,lubricants with all materials, labour, T&P, taxes,Port Entry Fees, Cost of Operator but excluding GST etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB-No idle Charges shall be paid.
