Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises (outside the complex area) all as specified and directed.

S&F of non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over aand including screed bed 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450 x 300mm size in verticle surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping lean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L of Screed bed of cement mortar1:6 or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

S&F of Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc., all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries outside MOD Land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including a rendering of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in edges of floor, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distember over one coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surface of walls including preparation of old surfaces all as specified and directed .

Taking down, easing & refixing of shutters in same opening, of any description exc 1 sq.m and n.exc 2 sq.m each all as specified and directed..
