M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles, with grey cement and pigment 30cm x30cm x20mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurrry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in Cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite of any type work table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs , pillars, cooking platforms and the like including pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including Screed bed of coat 20mm thick CM (1:4) complete

M&L for oil bound distempering two coats over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old surfaces for applying two coat of oil bound distemper on one coat of primer over a coat of pytty on walls all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs water proofing treatment to RCC roof by priming the plastered surfaces with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 2488 @ 0.30 kg/sqm and laying APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick of minimum wt. 3.50 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid by torch application as per the manufacturers instructions with side overlap of 75mm & end overlap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces to a height of 300mm & finally finished with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete including taking down existing roof treatment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in padding to roof slab and rendering 5 mm thick in one layers on concrete surface cement sand mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stonne aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm with shutters (Without taking off shutters & Grill from the frame).

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4sqm each (Without taking off shutters & Grill from the frame).

S & F Aluminium anodised (minimum anodisation is 50 microns) Door / window / Ventilator/partition frames and shutters (02 Nos glazed & gauzed), side hung type, without sash bars, standard aluminium grills, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, locking arrangements etc., complete with standard aluminium sections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco). Supply only 4mm thick sheet figured glass and glazing with rubber packing around the glass, in squares exceeding 0.50 sqm in each panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L For prepatring New steel/ Iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm Width or Girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of Redoxide primer complete all specifiedcand directed.

S&Fin repar aluminium composite panel sheet of 3mm to 4mm thick, fixed on existing aluminium frame work with plastic strips (double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10mm to 30mm including aluminium frame work, applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant,The board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high intensity reflective grade polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets Including frame of any description and any thickness, fixed in any position .

Material and labour for false ceiling with aluminum grid work (Size of grid 600x600 mm) with 35 x 25 x 1.5 mm main tee and 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle and suspended with 2mm dia GI wire hooked to roof with needful adjustment bolts at an interval of 1.20 m centre to centre staggered and board with Eco board decorative type size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick finished with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on exposed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
