M&L for kota stone slab 18- 20mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado, riser of stair cases and pillar laid over 10mm cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing & incl necessary bull nosing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for steel rolling shutters, thickness of laths 1.25mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated complete with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in roof trusses(frame), trussed, purlins, crane, gantries, rail, cleat framing (beam ,tee, angle,channel,flat section including welding etc.conforming to Fe-410-W (gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats oil bound distemper, white or tinted over a coat of alkaline resistent primer over and including a layer of 2 mm thick wall care putty on the existing surface, at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor type step down transformer of capacity 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 250 KVA core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature, air nature (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN – 11 (vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at + 5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear as per IS 1180:2014. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method (Necessary test certificate carried out at factory site to be produced) after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be IS 2026 marked and shall comprise of the following :- '(a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper rods, nut and washers (b) One cable box both side on HT/LT side (primary of secondary side) consisting of 03 Nos, 04 Nos of porcelain insulator simultaneously. (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron earth strip for earthing of neutral and body. (j) Including first fill of new and unused transformer oil of dielectric strength 52 KV confirming to relevant IS. (k) Shut off valve between the conservator and bucholz relay. (l) Rating and diagram plate. (m) Lifting hooks. Note : The oil temperature and winding temperature gauges shall be on a MS Box made out of 16 gauge MS sheet. The MS Box made hinged door and having glass 3 mm thick front of the box provision for entry of cable and compression glands.
