Providing & fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locng metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvnized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm an size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panl to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fitting, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI djustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights paints, all complete for heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(HSR 13.98)

Laying and fixing vitrified/ceramic/glazed tiles of any size of approved make in skirting/dado, pillars, wall facing, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. (Tiles shall be supplied by the Department). (HSR 14.94)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on walls (HSR 15.5)

15m thick cement plaster 1:4 on the rough side of single or half brick wall ( HSR 15.10).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door windows, ventilator shutter and partitions etc. with pvc/neoprene gasket etc. complete (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic items). (HSR.17.98) (b) With float glass panes of 5.0mm thickness.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, M.S. Laths, interlocked together through their entire length, and jointed together, at the end, by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides, 27.5 cm long wire spring grade no.2 and arrangement for inside and out-side locking, with push and pull operation complete, including top cover 0.80 mm thick (payment is to be made for the exact size of opening where rolling shutter is fixed) : - (b) with 80mm x 1.25mm M.S. Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR / FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. (HSR 18.22). Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS:1732.Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

N.S Recovery items Civil work

Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount, rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency.

Collection of bricks received after dismantling of brick and tiles work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 3.00/- each.

Collection of brick bats received after dismantling of brick and tiles work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 400/- per cum.

Removing of rolling shutter complete.(N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 500/- each.
